First Stage Machining
Howco's first stage machining capabilities utilize both conventional and CNC machinery. Our resources worldwide offer capacities up to 1370mm/53.9" work piece diameter and work piece weight up to 10000kg/1574.73st. Our aim is to provide improved product integrity by machining to a near nett shape prior to heat treatment. This gives:
- Components with uniformed and metallurgical properties close to the given size
- Reduces finished machining costs
