GENERAL SCOPE

Alloy X750 is an age-hardening Nickel Chromium alloy, similar to Alloy 600 but with small additions of Aluminum and Titanium to give the alloy its age hardening properties. It combines both excellent high temperature and sub-zero properties.

Properties up to 600°C(1100°F) are normally tensile limited and above this temperature, stress- rupture / creep limited.

The alloy is approved by NACE MR0175 in several heat treatment conditions, solution annealed and aged, solution annealed, hot worked and hot worked and aged, all of which are subject to a 35 HRC hardness restriction. In spring forms the cold worked and age hardened condition is accepted to 50 HRC.

Trade Name Inconel x750 (1)
