GENERAL SCOPE
This new martensitic stainless alloy developed by Sumitomo offers enhanced
mechanical properties allied to higher corrosion resistance then standard 13
Cr or 420 Mod. grades. The low carbon content also offers improved
weldebility compared with standard 13 Cr. grades.
Available in bar and tube
forms, it is often used for completion equipments. Its main application is
in envrioments containing CO2, chlorides low concentrations of H2S.
